Wireless CCTV Ltd (WCCTV) is proud to announce it recently provided Rochdale Town Centre Management Company with body worn cameras during the town's annual Feel Good Festival.
The Feel Good Festival, which took place on the 11th-12th of August 2017, is one of Rochdale's largest music festivals. The free event celebrated its 10th birthday with live music, including a headline performance from indie-rock band Razorlight. The event, set against Rochdale's iconic town hall, featured a quality food court, family entertainment and various musical acts.
During the event set-up, WCCTV deployed four of its WCCTV Body Worn Camera (Record) units for the Town Centre Management Company to protect their security members who are lone and potentially vulnerable workers.
The cameras successfully ensured visitors' and workers' safety and security during the event and were a valuable deterrent to would-be criminals. They also provided Rochdale Town Centre Management with the ability to monitor and review any anti-social behaviour incidents throughout the festivities.
